Ketogenic diet – can you lose weight on it?

Fat should be obtained from vegetable oils, olive oil, mayonnaise or butter. Certain groups of products are excluded from the diet, which include:

- Ice cream
- Jams
- Syrups
- Cereal products

After a few days or weeks, the body will switch to a new style of eating, and such unpleasant reactions subside. Ketogenic diet, of course with reasonable use, can bring the desired results, but it is worth to “try it out “ first, for example, for a certain period of time, set individually for each body.
