In adult life, we often forget about our health, even neglecting ourselves completely, the negative effects of which almost immediately start to be felt by our organism. Therefore, it is worth listening to our body’s needs and taking care of our health to the extent it deserves, allowing us to function without any problems until our old age. Positive effects depend, of course, on many important factors, but after just a few days we should feel much better. If we do not know how to go about it, we can follow a few recommended and often proven principles.

A healthy, well-balanced and easily digestible diet

The first thing you should do is change your diet immediately. Let us say frankly that the vast majority of our society does not pay attention to what they eat, stuffing themselves with extremely unhealthy fast food. This is a mistake that can take its toll on our health very quickly. Such food, combined with a lack of exercise and an excess of stimulants, is the cause of such diseases as

  •  strokes, hypertension, atherosclerosis, and even heart attack and other cardiovascular ailments;
  •  disorders of the joint and bone system due to a lack of nutrients, e.g. collagen, which is necessary for healthy and strong joints and bones. Substances that care for our muscles are also essential, so supply them with large amounts of building material;
  •  Gastrointestinal problems, impaired digestion and metabolism. They not only cause diarrhoea or constipation, but are also a simple way to growing overweight and obesity;
  •  memory and concentration disorders, so a healthy diet must include ingredients that improve the functioning of the brain and the nervous system. We should not forget about them, as they can protect us from the particularly dangerous Alzheimer’s disease or the equally destructive Parkinson’s disease.

Physical activity in the fresh air

The second important aspect of our health, which is just as important to take care of, is an appropriate daily dose of exercise. So it’s high time to put an end to the sedentary lifestyle and get out of the house into the fresh air. There are many sports you can do, although we recommend starting with simple walks, preferably with sticks. The answer to the question of what this gives to our health is very simple, the positive effects will be felt almost immediately, and above all:

  •  better condition, endurance and physical capacity of the body;
  • lack of problems resulting from increasing body weight, joint degeneration or back pain;
  •  higher immunity of the body allowing to resist not only seasonal infections, but in many cases also more serious diseases;
  •  increased intellectual capacity due to better oxygenation and blood supply to the brain. This will also make us calmer, more resistant to stress and have no problems falling asleep, regenerating the body faster after the greatest effort.

Supplements and other therapeutic preparations with comprehensive action

Sometimes even the best diet is not enough to provide all the nutrients we need with food. Despite different opinions, the importance of supplements supplementing possible deficiencies in the organism, preferably composed of natural extracts from medicinal plants and herbs, cannot be underestimated. We would like to emphasise that such preparations are only a supplement to our diet, available in the form of tablets, drops or powder for preparation of healthy cocktails. They contain, among other things

  •  vitamins of all groups, in carefully selected recommended doses, without which it is practically impossible to maintain full health;
  •  minerals, just as carefully selected for what we are lacking;
  • other ingredients just as valuable to our health, omega fatty acids, dietary fibres, bioflavonoids, polyphenols or essential oils.
