To je chyba, preto\u017ee m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 pr\u00edznakmi <strong>narastaj\u00facej \u00fanavy<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 \u010dasom <strong>negat\u00edvny vplyv<\/strong> na cel\u00fd zdravotn\u00fd stav a sta\u0165 sa chorobou organizmu.\u010dasom m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 negat\u00edvny <strong>vplyv<\/strong> na cel\u00fd zdravotn\u00fd stav a sta\u0165 sa pr\u00ed\u010dinou ove\u013ea <strong>z\u00e1va\u017enej\u0161\u00edch ochoren\u00ed,<\/strong> dokonca m\u00f4\u017ee prejs\u0165 do stavu <strong>chronickej \u00fanavy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co je to syndr\u00f3m chronickej \u00fanavy?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u00f4r ne\u017e sa pust\u00edme do opisu met\u00f3d <strong>prevencie a zmiernenia pr\u00edznakov<\/strong> neust\u00e1leho <strong>pocitu stra\u0161nej \u00fanavy<\/strong> a nechuti \u010doko\u013evek robi\u0165, mali by sme zisti\u0165, ako odborn\u00edci <strong>definuj\u00fa chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndr\u00f3m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zn\u00e1my je aj pod zamenite\u013en\u00fdm n\u00e1zvom<strong>chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndr\u00f3m<\/strong> alebo sa ozna\u010duje anglickou skratkou <strong>CFS<\/strong>, resp. <strong><em>Chronic Fatigue Syndrome<\/em><\/strong>. Tento stav bol uznan\u00fd ako<strong> medic\u00ednsky \u00fatvar, ktor\u00fd spo\u010d\u00edva v tom, \u017ee \u010dlovek<\/strong> neust\u00e1le <strong>poci\u0165uje siln\u00fa \u00fanavu,<\/strong> fyzick\u00fa aj psychick\u00fa <strong>,<\/strong> bez oh\u013eadu na mno\u017estvo odpo\u010dinku, \u010do sa m\u00f4\u017ee prejavova\u0165 mnoh\u00fdmi sp\u00f4sobmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndr\u00f3m <strong>m\u00f4\u017ee postihn\u00fa\u0165 kohoko\u013evek,<\/strong> ale naj\u010dastej\u0161ie postihuje <strong>akt\u00edvnych<\/strong> \u013eud\u00ed vo <strong>veku od 20 do 50 rokov<\/strong>. M\u00f4\u017eeme ho za\u010da\u0165 <strong>poci\u0165ova\u0165 v r\u00f4znych situ\u00e1ci\u00e1ch,<\/strong> po fyzickej pr\u00e1ci alebo \u0161porte, ale ke\u010f sa objav\u00ed <strong>bez zjavnej pr\u00ed\u010diny<\/strong>, je to ur\u010dite <strong>d\u00f4vod na znepokojenie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rovnako \u010dasto za\u010dneme poci\u0165ova\u0165 in\u00fd druh \u00fanavy, ktor\u00fd sa negat\u00edvne odr\u00e1\u017ea na na\u0161ej<strong> du\u0161evnej pohode,<\/strong> \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee zase znamena\u0165, \u017ee sme jednoducho <strong>pre\u0165a\u017een\u00ed du\u0161evnou pr\u00e1cou.<\/strong> Tento stav je sp\u00f4soben\u00fd aj in\u00fdmi faktormi, vr\u00e1tane <strong>stresu alebo nadmern\u00e9ho mno\u017estva nervov\u00fdch situ\u00e1ci\u00ed v \u017eivote<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 by sa nemala <strong>podce\u0148ova\u0165<\/strong> ani <strong>zmyslov\u00e1 \u00fanava<\/strong> sp\u00f4soben\u00e1 pre\u0165a\u017een\u00edm organizmu negat\u00edvnymi <strong>vonkaj\u0161\u00edmi podnetmi,<\/strong> najm\u00e4 hlukom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ktor\u00e9 pr\u00edznaky ktor\u00fdch typov \u00fanavy s\u00fa d\u00f4vodom na obavy?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Teraz, ke\u010f u\u017e vieme, <strong>ktor\u00e9 typy \u00fanavy,<\/strong> ved\u00face k jej <strong>chronickej forme<\/strong>, m\u00f4\u017eu napadn\u00fa\u0165 n\u00e1\u0161 organizmus, mali by sme pozna\u0165 ich <strong>naj\u010dastej\u0161ie pr\u00ed\u010diny<\/strong>. Aj tie je vhodn\u00e9 rozdeli\u0165 do <strong>nieko\u013ek\u00fdch samostatn\u00fdch skup\u00edn, ktor\u00e9<\/strong> sa t\u00fdkaj\u00fa jednotliv\u00fdch typov tohto stavu. Odborn\u00edci poukazuj\u00fa predov\u0161etk\u00fdm na:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emocion\u00e1lne a behavior\u00e1lne pr\u00edznaky \u00fanavy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoci syndr\u00f3m chronickej \u00fanavy naj\u010dastej\u0161ie postihuje fyzick\u00fa str\u00e1nku \u013eudsk\u00e9ho tela, netreba podce\u0148ova\u0165 jeho ni\u010div\u00fd vplyv na ment\u00e1lnu a emocion\u00e1lnu sf\u00e9ru. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa <strong>farmakologick\u00e9 met\u00f3dy<\/strong>, ve\u013emi \u010dasto v kombin\u00e1cii s <strong>psychoterapiou,<\/strong> a v extr\u00e9mnych pr\u00edpadoch je dokonca potrebn\u00e9 nasadi\u0165 <strong>siln\u00e9 antidepres\u00edva a protiz\u00e1palov\u00e9 l\u00e1tky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00da\u010dinnosti tak\u00fdchto pr\u00edpravkov predp\u00edsan\u00fdch lek\u00e1rom <strong>nemo\u017eno ni\u010d vytkn\u00fa\u0165,<\/strong> ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 je mo\u017en\u00e9 <strong>organizmus oslaben\u00fd \u00fanavou podpori\u0165<\/strong> pomocou vhodne zvolenej <strong>bylinnej lie\u010dby<\/strong>.
