Pravda je v\u0161ak in\u00e1, <strong>spr\u00e1vna hladina cholesterolu<\/strong> v krvi je pre <strong>na\u0161e zdravie<\/strong> dokonca <strong>nevyhnutn\u00e1<\/strong> a \u0161kodliv\u00fd je cholesterol LDL, takzvan\u00e1 zl\u00e1 frakcia, a jeho mno\u017estvo je nevyhnutn\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165. Pr\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1 hladina <strong>n\u00e1s<\/strong> v\u0161ak takmer okam\u017eite <strong>za\u010dne nepriaznivo ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165<\/strong>, vedie k vzniku mnoh\u00fdch nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed a niekedy m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 <strong>dokonca \u017eivotu nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1<\/strong>. Cholesterol je chemick\u00e1 zl\u00fa\u010denina patriaca do <strong>skupiny<\/strong> <strong>sterolov<\/strong>, ktor\u00e1 <strong>sa prirodzene syntetizuje v pe\u010deni<\/strong> a jej pr\u00edpadn\u00fd nedostatok sa vyrovn\u00e1va<strong> dodr\u017eiavan\u00edm vhodnej stravy <\/strong>alebo u\u017e\u00edvan\u00edm<strong> v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdch <\/strong> <strong>doplnkov s<\/strong> <strong>jeho obsahom<\/strong>. Cholesterol sa del\u00ed na<strong> dve z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 skupiny, tzv. frakcie<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 sa l\u00ed\u0161ia pr\u00e1ve t\u00fdm, ako p\u00f4sobia na organizmus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>frakcia<strong>HDL<\/strong>, naz\u00fdvan\u00e1 <em>&#8222;dobr\u00fd cholesterol<\/em> &#8220; , je tie\u017e zn\u00e1ma ako lipoprote\u00edn s vysokou hustotou;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frakcia<strong>LDL<\/strong>, zn\u00e1mej\u0161ia ako <em>&#8222;zl\u00fd cholesterol<\/em> &#8220; , alebo lipoprote\u00edny s n\u00edzkou hustotou.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Negat\u00edvne \u00fa\u010dinky frakcie LDL<\/strong> uvedieme nesk\u00f4r v texte, ale najprv je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 vedie\u0165, <strong>ak\u00e9 funkcie m\u00e1 cholesterol HDL<\/strong>, a medzi tie najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie mo\u017eno zaradi\u0165:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>regul\u00e1cia mnoh\u00fdch d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch vn\u00fatorn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov a org\u00e1nov;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u00f4sobenie proti vzniku nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch kardiovaskul\u00e1rnych ochoren\u00ed, zni\u017eovanie rizika ischemickej choroby srdca, ateroskler\u00f3zy alebo infarktu myokardu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pozit\u00edvny vplyv na cel\u00fd kardiovaskul\u00e1rny syst\u00e9m;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>udr\u017eiavanie norm\u00e1lneho fungovania mozgu a nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00fa\u010das\u0165 na produkcii mastn\u00fdch kysel\u00edn;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transport molek\u00fal cholesterolu LDL do pe\u010dene, kde sa rozkladaj\u00fa;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00fa\u010das\u0165 na synt\u00e9ze d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9ho vitam\u00ednu D3, progester\u00f3nu, samotn\u00e9ho cholesterolu, kortizolu a estrog\u00e9nu, d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch steroidn\u00fdch horm\u00f3nov;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pom\u00e1ha pri tr\u00e1ven\u00ed tukov;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zvy\u0161uje biologick\u00fa dostupnos\u0165 vitam\u00ednov rozpustn\u00fdch v tukoch, vitam\u00ednu A, vitam\u00ednu D a vitam\u00ednu E.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prijate\u013en\u00e9 normy, ktor\u00fdch prekro\u010denie je indik\u00e1ciou na vy\u0161etrenie s\u00e9rov\u00e9ho cholesterolu a triglyceridov<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 hladiny<\/strong> cholesterolu predstavuj\u00fa tak\u00e9 <strong>v\u00e1\u017ene zdravotn\u00e9 riziko<\/strong>, \u017ee v pr\u00edpade v\u00fdskytu ak\u00fdchko\u013evek pr\u00edznakov je <strong>nevyhnutn\u00e9 vyh\u013eada\u0165 lek\u00e1ra<\/strong>, ktor\u00fd nariadi vy\u0161etrenie, a to tak hladiny cholesterolu frakcie LDL, ako aj hladiny HDL. Test sa naz\u00fdva <strong>lipidogram<\/strong> a okrem dvoch uveden\u00fdch frakci\u00ed zah\u0155\u0148a aj tzv. <strong>celkov\u00fd cholesterol a hladinu s\u00e9rov\u00fdch triglyceridov<\/strong>, pri\u010dom jednotliv\u00e9 normy ur\u010den\u00e9 odborn\u00edkmi s\u00fa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Celkov\u00fd cholesterol<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto pr\u00edpade je hladina celkov\u00e9ho cholesterolu rovnak\u00e1 pre mu\u017eov aj \u017eeny a nemala by presiahnu\u0165 <strong><190 mg\/dl.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cholesterol LDL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aj v tomto pr\u00edpade sa nerozli\u0161uje pod\u013ea pohlavia a hladina cholesterolu LDL by mala by\u0165 <strong><115 mg\/dl.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cholesterol HDL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iba t\u00e1to prospe\u0161n\u00e1 frakcia m\u00e1 rozdielne normy pre mu\u017eov a \u017eeny, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pre \u017eeny <strong>>45 mg\/dl<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pre mu\u017eov <strong>>40 mg\/dl.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Triglyceridy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Triglyceridy, skr\u00e1tene TG alebo n\u00e1zov triglyceridy, s\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eitou zlo\u017ekou tukov\u00e9ho tkaniva a s\u00fa predov\u0161etk\u00fdm zdrojom energie pre organizmus a odpor\u00fa\u010dan\u00e1 hladina triglyceridov by mala by\u0165 <strong>150 &#8211; 199 mg\/dl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010co sp\u00f4sobuje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fa hladinu cholesterolu v krvi?<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><figure id=\"attachment_9880\" class=\"alignnone width-full\" style=\"width: 450px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-caption=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/consumers-views.com\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Depositphotos_63582507_S.jpg\" alt=\" Vysok\u00e1 hladina cholesterolu\" class=\"wp-image-9880\" style=\"width:450px;height:265px\" width=\"450\" height=\"265\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Nie ka\u017ed\u00fd je automaticky <strong>ohrozen\u00fd pr\u00edli\u0161 vysokou hladinou cholesterolu v krvi<\/strong>; naj\u010dastej\u0161ie sa to t\u00fdka \u013eud\u00ed z takzvanej rizikovej skupiny, napr\u00edklad t\u00fdch, ktor\u00ed trpia <strong>hypercholesterol\u00e9miou<\/strong>, stavom, ktor\u00fd sa vyskytuje v dvoch variantoch, <strong>prim\u00e1rnom a sekund\u00e1rnom<\/strong>. Pr\u00ed\u010dinou vzniku prv\u00e9ho z nich je naj\u010dastej\u0161ie genetick\u00e1 dedi\u010dnos\u0165, sklon k mut\u00e1cii g\u00e9nu LDL receptora, a druh\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 sp\u00f4soben\u00fd ur\u010dit\u00fdmi skupinami liekov, alebo je tie\u017e <strong>pr\u00edznakom s\u00fabe\u017en\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed,<\/strong> ako je hypotyre\u00f3za. Druh\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 sp\u00f4soben\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fdmi skupinami liekov, je tie\u017e pr\u00edznakom sprievodn\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed, ako je hypotyre\u00f3za, a je d\u00f4sledkom <strong>nezdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samozrejme, hypercholesterol\u00e9mia nie je jedin\u00fdm d\u00f4vodom, pre\u010do <strong>sa za\u010dneme s\u0165a\u017eova\u0165 na \u00fa\u010dinky zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho cholesterolu<\/strong>. Ve\u013emi \u010dasto <strong>si za to m\u00f4\u017eeme sami,<\/strong> \u017eijeme napr\u00edklad v neust\u00e1lom strese a znepokojuj\u00face zmeny s\u00fa aj d\u00f4sledkom nedbanlivosti, ako napr:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">nedostatok fyzickej aktivity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedav\u00fd sp\u00f4sob \u017eivota a nedostatok fyzickej aktivity maj\u00fa za n\u00e1sledok nielen nadv\u00e1hu a obezitu, ale aj negat\u00edvny vplyv na lipidov\u00fd profil. Ak sa neh\u00fdbeme, cholesterol LDL aj triglyceridy sa m\u00f4\u017eu nebezpe\u010dne zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165. Preto sa oplat\u00ed pohn\u00fa\u0165 sa z domu a aj ka\u017edodenn\u00e1 prech\u00e1dzka zmen\u00ed tento nepriazniv\u00fd stav, umo\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1m udr\u017ea\u0165 si zdrav\u00fa hmotnos\u0165, vyhn\u00fa\u0165 sa riziku srdcov\u00fdch ochoren\u00ed a aktivova\u0165 synt\u00e9zu enz\u00fdmov zodpovedn\u00fdch za zn\u00ed\u017eenie samotn\u00e9ho cholesterolu. Pravideln\u00e1 aktivita je najlep\u0161\u00edm rie\u0161en\u00edm a \u0161t\u00fadie uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 cholesterol LDL o 15 %, pri\u010dom s\u00fa\u010dasne sa zv\u00fd\u0161i HDL o takmer 20 %, a to u\u017e po nieko\u013ek\u00fdch mesiacoch cvi\u010denia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nevhodn\u00e1 strava<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemal\u00fd v\u00fdznam pri dosahovan\u00ed bezpe\u010dnej hladiny cholesterolu m\u00e1 spr\u00e1vna strava, ktor\u00e1 je \u010dasto vzdialen\u00e1 odpor\u00fa\u010daniam odborn\u00edkov na v\u00fd\u017eivu a in\u00fdch \u0161pecialistov.
