M&aacute; aj lie&#269;iv&eacute; &uacute;&#269;inky, ktor&eacute; umo&#382;&#328;uj&uacute; <strong>&uacute;&#269;innej&scaron;ie odb&uacute;ravanie prebyto&#269;n&eacute;ho telesn&eacute;ho tuku <\/strong>a odstra&#328;ovanie tr&aacute;viacich &#357;a&#382;kost&iacute;, ako je hna&#269;ka alebo z&aacute;pcha.<\/p><p>&#268;oraz viac sa sp&aacute;ja a dokonca stoto&#382;&#328;uje s rascou. Ide v&scaron;ak o dve &uacute;plne odli&scaron;n&eacute; korenia, ktor&eacute; maj&uacute; odli&scaron;n&eacute; vlastnosti. Jeho latinsk&yacute; n&aacute;zov je <strong>Cuminium cyminum<\/strong>. Jeho maxim&aacute;lna v&yacute;&scaron;ka je pol metra, ale zvy&#269;ajne je to <strong>30-40 cm.<\/strong> Listy rasce s&uacute; ihlicovit&eacute;, zo&scaron;ikmen&eacute; a zlo&#382;en&eacute; z nitkovit&yacute;ch segmentov. Rastlina vytv&aacute;ra kvety s okvetn&yacute;mi l&iacute;stkami bielej, &#382;ltej alebo ru&#382;ovej farby. V s&uacute;&#269;asnosti sa t&aacute;to rastlina vo vo&#318;nej pr&iacute;rode nevyskytuje, a preto ju mo&#382;no n&aacute;js&#357; len v pestovate&#318;sk&yacute;ch zariadeniach. Najv&auml;&#269;&scaron;ie &uacute;rody<strong> rasce<\/strong> sa pestuj&uacute; v Indii, &#268;&iacute;ne, Uzbekistane, Turecku, Maroku, S&yacute;rii, &#268;ile, Mexiku, ako aj v nieko&#318;k&yacute;ch eur&oacute;pskych krajin&aacute;ch. Rastlina pom&aacute;ha nielen zbavi&#357; sa infekci&iacute;, ale m&aacute; aj protialergick&yacute; &uacute;&#269;inok. M&aacute; <strong>&scaron;irok&uacute; &scaron;k&aacute;lu<\/strong> zdravotn&yacute;ch &uacute;&#269;inkov vr&aacute;tane posil&#328;ovania ciev, zni&#382;ovania viskozity &#269;erven&yacute;ch krviniek, t. j. erytrocytov, a ochrany pe&#269;ene. Do &scaron;t&uacute;die bola pozvan&aacute; reprezentat&iacute;vna skupina &#318;ud&iacute;, ktor&iacute; bojuj&uacute; s nadv&aacute;hou a obezitou. Po&#269;as trojmesa&#269;n&eacute;ho pokusu museli pokusn&eacute; osoby konzumova&#357; obmedzen&yacute; po&#269;et kal&oacute;ri&iacute; denne, tak&#382;e denn&yacute; pr&iacute;sun bol zn&iacute;&#382;en&yacute; a&#382; o 500 kcal. Druhou skupinou bola kontroln&aacute; skupina.<\/p><p>Trojmesa&#269;n&aacute; &scaron;t&uacute;dia ir&aacute;nskych vedcov uk&aacute;zala, &#382;e &#318;udia, ktor&iacute; denne konzumovali <strong>rascu<\/strong>, schudli o viac ako kilogram viac ako t&iacute;, ktor&iacute; <strong>rascu<\/strong> do jedla neprid&aacute;vali. Z tohto d&ocirc;vodu mali aj v&yacute;razne v&auml;&#269;&scaron;&iacute; &uacute;bytok telesnej hmotnosti a telesn&eacute;ho tuku (14,6 %), zatia&#318; &#269;o u ostatn&yacute;ch bol &uacute;bytok sotva 4,9 %.<\/p><p><strong>R&iacute;mska rasca<\/strong> p&ocirc;sob&iacute; aj na triglyceridy a hladinu zl&eacute;ho cholesterolu.
