Be\u017en\u00e1 defin\u00edcia hovor\u00ed, \u017ee vitam\u00edny s\u00fa mal\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny r\u00f4znej \u0161trukt\u00fary, ktor\u00e9 sa vyskytuj\u00fa <strong>prirodzene <\/strong>alebo sa z\u00edskavaj\u00fa <strong>synteticky<\/strong>.
