P&ocirc;vod jeho n&aacute;zvu je ve&#318;mi zauj&iacute;mav&yacute;; slovo <strong><em>ashwagandha <\/em><\/strong>vzniklo spojen&iacute;m dvoch sanskritsk&yacute;ch slov <em><strong>ashwa<\/strong><\/em>k&ocirc;&#328; a <em><strong>gandha<\/strong><\/em>aroma, t. j. v&ocirc;&#328;a ko&#328;a, a to je charakteristick&aacute; v&ocirc;&#328;a indick&eacute;ho &#382;en&scaron;enu. Ashwagandha je rastlina patriaca do &#269;e&#318;ade Solanaceae, podobn&aacute; zemiakom, mal&yacute; kr&iacute;k s podlhovast&yacute;mi zelen&yacute;mi matn&yacute;mi listami a zvonovit&yacute;mi kvetmi, ktor&eacute; sa menia na okr&uacute;hle &#269;erven&eacute; alebo oran&#382;ov&eacute; plody.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ashwagandha &#8211; rastlina s adaptog&eacute;nnymi vlastnos&#357;ami<\/h2><p>Jeho <strong>pr&aacute;&scaron;kov&yacute; kore&#328;<\/strong> sa pou&#382;&iacute;va ako zlo&#382;ka mnoh&yacute;ch pr&iacute;pravkov a v&yacute;&#382;ivov&yacute;ch doplnkov.
