Ak v&aacute;m denne nevypadne viac ako <strong>100 &#8211; 150 <\/strong>vlasov, ide o prirodzen&yacute; proces a nie je sa &#269;oho ob&aacute;va&#357;. V opa&#269;nom pr&iacute;pade sa m&ocirc;&#382;e jedna&#357; o jednu z <strong>odr&ocirc;d alop&eacute;cie<\/strong>, ktor&aacute; by sa mala najprv spr&aacute;vne diagnostikova&#357;, najlep&scaron;ie s pomocou trichol&oacute;ga, a potom prist&uacute;pi&#357; k lie&#269;be. Vypad&aacute;vanie vlasov m&ocirc;&#382;e ma&#357; r&ocirc;zne pr&iacute;&#269;iny, niektor&eacute; z nich s&uacute; sp&ocirc;soben&eacute; na&scaron;ou vlastnou vinou, pri&#269;om zab&uacute;dame, &#382;e potrebuj&uacute; <strong>vitam&iacute;ny a miner&aacute;ly<\/strong>, ktor&eacute; by mali by&#357; dod&aacute;van&eacute; <strong>potravou <\/strong>alebo <strong>doplnkami stravy<\/strong>.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vypad&aacute;vanie vlasov &#8211; &#269;o in&eacute; m&ocirc;&#382;e by&#357; sp&ocirc;soben&eacute;<\/h2><p>Vypad&aacute;vanie vlasov je <strong>choroba,<\/strong> proti ktorej treba bojova&#357; hne&#271;, ako sa objavia <strong>jej prv&eacute; pr&iacute;znaky<\/strong>. V prvom rade negat&iacute;vne ovplyv&#328;uje stav vlasov, ovplyv&#328;uje ich &scaron;trukt&uacute;ru, &#269;&iacute;m sa st&aacute;vaj&uacute; krehk&yacute;mi a l&aacute;mav&yacute;mi. M&ocirc;&#382;e &iacute;s&#357; napr&iacute;klad o lupus erythematosus, hyper- alebo hypotyre&oacute;zu, an&eacute;miu, poruchy vstreb&aacute;vania &#382;eleza alebo aj zdanlivo v&scaron;edn&eacute; ochorenia tr&aacute;viaceho syst&eacute;mu. Je tie&#382; potrebn&eacute; zmierni&#357; &uacute;&#269;inky stresu, ktor&yacute; tie&#382; oslabuje vlasov&eacute; folikuly;<\/li><li><strong>nespr&aacute;vna strava<\/strong>, ktor&aacute; ochudob&#328;uje telo o &#382;iviny, najm&auml; vitam&iacute;ny a miner&aacute;ly, ktor&eacute; vlasy potrebuj&uacute; pre spr&aacute;vny rast a prevenciu vypad&aacute;vania vlasov.
