To je probl&eacute;m najm&auml; pre &#318;ud&iacute;, u ktor&yacute;ch je tento jav <strong>v&yacute;razne zosilnen&yacute;<\/strong>, a rast&uacute;ca ple&scaron;atos&#357; sa m&ocirc;&#382;e sta&#357; pr&iacute;&#269;inou v&aacute;&#382;neho stresu. Bohu&#382;ia&#318;, tento jav sa net&yacute;ka len mu&#382;ov, ale aj &#382;ien, preto je potrebn&eacute; proti nemu r&aacute;zne zakro&#269;i&#357; r&ocirc;znymi met&oacute;dami.
