Vypad&aacute;vanie vlasov u &#382;ien nie je len fyzick&yacute;m probl&eacute;mom, ale vedie k <strong>stresu,<\/strong> ktor&yacute; m&ocirc;&#382;e dokonca prer&aacute;s&#357; do &#357;a&#382;kej <strong>depresie <\/strong>vy&#382;aduj&uacute;cej klinick&uacute; lie&#269;bu.<\/p><p>Samozrejme, rovnako &#269;asto sa st&aacute;va, &#382;e nadmerne panik&aacute;rime a zbyto&#269;ne pova&#382;ujeme prirodzen&eacute; vypad&aacute;vanie vlasov za zdravotn&yacute; stav. Ve&#271; ka&#382;d&yacute; de&#328; vypadne asi <strong>100 vlasov,<\/strong> ktor&eacute; n&aacute;jdeme napr&iacute;klad na kefe, hrebeni alebo uter&aacute;ku. Probl&eacute;m v&scaron;ak nast&aacute;va, ke&#271; <strong>sa<\/strong> tento po&#269;et <strong>zvy&scaron;uje<\/strong> sp&ocirc;sobom, ktor&yacute; je &#357;a&#382;k&eacute; kontrolova&#357;. U &#382;ien sa zvy&#269;ajne stret&aacute;vame s t&yacute;mito typmi vypad&aacute;vania vlasov:<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. androg&eacute;nna alop&eacute;cia<\/h3><p>Jedna z <strong>naj&#357;a&#382;&scaron;ie lie&#269;ite&#318;n&yacute;ch<\/strong> a z&aacute;rove&#328; naj&#269;astej&scaron;&iacute;ch u &#382;ien, u ktor&yacute;ch sa v&yacute;sledn&eacute; vypad&aacute;vanie vlasov t&yacute;ka <strong>20 <\/strong>a&#382;<strong> 60<\/strong> percent v&scaron;etk&yacute;ch pr&iacute;padov. S&uacute;vis&iacute; s hormon&aacute;lnymi poruchami v tele, pri ktor&yacute;ch sa produkuje nadmern&eacute; mno&#382;stvo mu&#382;sk&yacute;ch pohlavn&yacute;ch horm&oacute;nov, t. j. androg&eacute;nov na &#269;ele s testoster&oacute;nom. V d&ocirc;sledku ur&#269;it&yacute;ch nepriazniv&yacute;ch procesov sa za&#269;ne premie&#328;a&#357; na dihydrotestoster&oacute;n, naz&yacute;van&yacute; skr&aacute;tene DHT, odrodu, ktor&aacute; r&yacute;chlo oslabuje a potom po&scaron;kodzuje vlasov&eacute; folikuly. <\/p><p>D&ocirc;vodom s&uacute; genetick&eacute; predispoz&iacute;cie, dedi&#269;n&eacute; mut&aacute;cie testoster&oacute;nu zo star&scaron;ej gener&aacute;cie alebo sprievodn&eacute; ochorenia, ktor&eacute; &#269;asto zost&aacute;vaj&uacute; nediagnostikovan&eacute;. Androg&eacute;nna alop&eacute;cia u &#382;ien m&ocirc;&#382;e ma&#357; dve formy, ktor&eacute; sa l&iacute;&scaron;ia sp&ocirc;sobom a umiestnen&iacute;m vypad&aacute;vania vlasov:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>androgenetick&aacute; alop&eacute;cia &#382;ensk&eacute;ho typu<\/strong>, pri ktorej doch&aacute;dza k vypad&aacute;vaniu vlasov v strednej &#269;asti hlavy, pri&#269;om mal&yacute; p&aacute;s vlasov zost&aacute;va len v oblasti &#269;ela;<\/li><li>androg&eacute;nna alop&eacute;cia<strong>mu&#382;sk&eacute;ho<\/strong> typu, ke&#271; vlasy za&#269;n&uacute; vypad&aacute;va&#357; najprv v oblasti &#269;ela, potom na sp&aacute;nkoch a smerom k ramen&aacute;m, a&#382; k&yacute;m na temene hlavy nezostane len mal&eacute; mno&#382;stvo vlasov.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. menopauz&aacute;lna alop&eacute;cia<\/h3><p>Ako u&#382; n&aacute;zov napoved&aacute;, k vypad&aacute;vaniu vlasov u &#382;ien doch&aacute;dza po&#269;as <strong>menopauzy<\/strong>.
