To je chyba, proto\u017ee mohou b\u00fdt zn\u00e1mkou <strong>nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fanavy,<\/strong> kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt \u010dasem <strong>negativn\u00ed dopad<\/strong> na cel\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed stav a st\u00e1t se nemoc\u00ed organismu.\u010dasem m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt negativn\u00ed <strong>dopad na<\/strong> cel\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed stav a st\u00e1t se p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou mnohem <strong>z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed,<\/strong> dokonce p\u0159ej\u00edt do stavu <strong>chronick\u00e9 \u00fanavy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je to chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndrom?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u017e se pust\u00edme do popisu metod <strong>prevence a zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f<\/strong> neust\u00e1l\u00e9ho <strong>pocitu stra\u0161n\u00e9 \u00fanavy<\/strong> a nechuti cokoli d\u011blat, m\u011bli bychom zjistit, jak odborn\u00edci <strong>definuj\u00ed chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndrom.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zn\u00e1m\u00fd je tak\u00e9 pod zam\u011bniteln\u00fdm n\u00e1zvem<strong>chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndrom<\/strong> nebo se ozna\u010duje anglickou zkratkou <strong>CFS<\/strong>, co\u017e v p\u0159ekladu znamen\u00e1 &#8222;<strong>chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndrom<\/strong> <strong>&#8222;<\/strong>. <strong><em>Chronic Fatigue Syndrome<\/em><\/strong>. Tento stav byl uzn\u00e1n jako<strong> l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 jednotka, kter\u00e1 spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk<\/strong> neust\u00e1le <strong>poci\u0165uje silnou \u00fanavu,<\/strong> a to jak fyzickou, tak psychickou <strong>,<\/strong> bez ohledu na mno\u017estv\u00ed odpo\u010dinku, co\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee projevovat mnoha zp\u016fsoby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndrom <strong>m\u016f\u017ee postihnout kohokoli<\/strong>, nej\u010dast\u011bji v\u0161ak postihuje <strong>aktivn\u00ed<\/strong> lidi <strong>ve v\u011bku od 20 do 50 let<\/strong>. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee <strong>si na n\u011bj<\/strong> mnohem \u010dast\u011bji <strong>st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed \u017eeny<\/strong>, i kdy\u017e to v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b p\u0159est\u00e1v\u00e1 b\u00fdt pova\u017eov\u00e1no za pravidlo. M\u016f\u017eeme ho za\u010d\u00edt <strong>poci\u0165ovat v r\u016fzn\u00fdch situac\u00edch,<\/strong> po fyzick\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci nebo sportu, ale kdy\u017e se objev\u00ed <strong>bez zjevn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny<\/strong>, je to rozhodn\u011b <strong>d\u016fvod k obav\u00e1m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stejn\u011b tak \u010dasto za\u010dneme poci\u0165ovat jin\u00fd druh \u00fanavy, kter\u00fd se negativn\u011b odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na na\u0161\u00ed<strong> du\u0161evn\u00ed pohod\u011b,<\/strong> co\u017e zase m\u016f\u017ee znamenat, \u017ee jsme jednodu\u0161e <strong>p\u0159et\u00ed\u017eeni du\u0161evn\u00ed prac\u00ed.<\/strong> Tento stav je zp\u016fsoben i dal\u0161\u00edmi faktory, v\u010detn\u011b <strong>stresu nebo p\u0159em\u00edry nervov\u00fdch situac\u00ed v \u017eivot\u011b<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 bychom nem\u011bli <strong>podce\u0148ovat<\/strong> ani <strong>smyslovou \u00fanavu<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 je zp\u016fsobena p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00edm organismu negativn\u00edmi <strong>vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi podn\u011bty,<\/strong> zejm\u00e9na hlukem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky kter\u00fdch typ\u016f \u00fanavy jsou d\u016fvodem k obav\u00e1m?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyn\u00ed, kdy\u017e v\u00edme, <strong>kter\u00e9 typy \u00fanavy<\/strong> vedouc\u00ed a\u017e k jej\u00ed <strong>chronick\u00e9 form\u011b<\/strong> mohou napadnout n\u00e1\u0161 organismus, bychom m\u011bli zn\u00e1t jejich <strong>nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny<\/strong>. I ty je vhodn\u00e9 rozd\u011blit do <strong>n\u011bkolika samostatn\u00fdch skupin, kter\u00e9<\/strong> se vztahuj\u00ed k jednotliv\u00fdm typ\u016fm tohoto stavu. Odborn\u00edci poukazuj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed a behavior\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky \u00fanavy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee se chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndrom nej\u010dast\u011bji projevuje na fyzick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla, jeho ni\u010div\u00fd dopad na psychickou a emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed sf\u00e9ru bychom nem\u011bli podce\u0148ovat. Vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 jasn\u00e9 a charakteristick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky, z nich\u017e nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>neust\u00e1l\u00fd pocit intenzivn\u00ed \u00fazkosti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>neust\u00e1l\u00fd stres a \u00fazkost;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>negativn\u00ed postoj ke sv\u011btu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pocit beznad\u011bje a nedostatku smyslu \u017eivota;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nez\u00e1jem o to, co n\u00e1s obklopuje, apatie;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nedostatek motivace k jak\u00e9koli \u010dinnosti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pot\u00ed\u017ee se soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm i na ty nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnosti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed poruchy pam\u011bti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>neschopnost zpracov\u00e1vat a vst\u0159eb\u00e1vat nov\u00e9 informace;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed produktivita ne\u017e obvykle;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>klesaj\u00edc\u00ed sebev\u011bdom\u00ed a nedostatek sebed\u016fv\u011bry;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v extr\u00e9mn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech i deprese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost by m\u011bly p\u0159itahovat i behavior\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky \u00fanavy, kter\u00e9 nut\u00ed k p\u0159ijet\u00ed protiopat\u0159en\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>izolaci od okol\u00ed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>neschopnost komunikovat a udr\u017eovat soci\u00e1ln\u00ed vztahy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 produktivita, zejm\u00e9na v pr\u00e1ci;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost a h\u00e1davost;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prudk\u00e9 v\u00fdkyvy n\u00e1lad, kter\u00e9 je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 zvl\u00e1dnout;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nedostatek trp\u011blivosti, kter\u00fd vede k \u010dast\u00fdm v\u00fdbuch\u016fm hn\u011bvu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Somatick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky \u00fanavy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud stav \u00fanavy trv\u00e1 ji\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu, alespo\u0148 n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 jej\u00ed negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky poci\u0165ovat nejen st\u00e1le v\u00edce oslaben\u00e1 psychika. Nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, zda i p\u0159i sp\u00e1nku v ur\u010dit\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed 7-8 hodin denn\u011b nebo p\u0159i odpo\u010dinku jin\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, kter\u00e9 norm\u00e1ln\u011b regeneruj\u00ed organismus, za\u010dneme i p\u0159es ve\u0161kerou na\u0161i snahu poci\u0165ovat somatick\u00e9, tj. fyzick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky \u00fanavy, jako jsou mj:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>poruchy tr\u00e1vic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, nevolnost, bolesti \u017ealudku, zvracen\u00ed, pr\u016fjem;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pocit chronick\u00e9 \u00fanavy, kter\u00fd dokonce br\u00e1n\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00edmu fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v soukrom\u00e9m i profesn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nechutenstv\u00ed nebo nadm\u011brn\u00e1 chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pokles nebo rychl\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>oslaben\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 n\u00e1chylnost k infekc\u00edm a nemocem;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>subfebriln\u00ed stav;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bolesti r\u016fzn\u00e9 intenzity, kter\u00e9 postihuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla, zejm\u00e9na hlavu a svaly;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>otoky kolem lymfatick\u00fdch uzlin;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du\u0161nost a poruchy srde\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnosti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nadm\u011brn\u00e1 ospalost nebo naopak pot\u00ed\u017ee s us\u00edn\u00e1n\u00edm;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>oslaben\u00e9 libido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je za chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndrom zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak je vid\u011bt z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f, <strong>chronick\u00fd \u00fanavov\u00fd syndrom<\/strong> m\u016f\u017ee t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zcela <strong>naru\u0161it va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed<\/strong>, proto <strong>byste<\/strong> jeho p\u0159\u00edznaky nem\u011bli <strong>v<\/strong> \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b <strong>ignorovat<\/strong>. Z\u00e1kladem je spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 <strong>diagn\u00f3za odborn\u00edkem<\/strong> a existuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky <strong> usnad\u0148uj\u00ed z\u00e1m\u011bnu<\/strong> chronick\u00e9 \u00fanavy s jin\u00fdmi t\u011blesn\u00fdmi nebo du\u0161evn\u00edmi chorobami. V\u011bt\u0161inou se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed <strong>farmakologick\u00e9 metody<\/strong>, velmi \u010dasto v kombinaci s <strong>psychoterapi\u00ed,<\/strong> a v extr\u00e9mn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech je dokonce nutn\u00e9 nasadit <strong>siln\u00e1 antidepresiva a protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00da\u010dinnosti t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f p\u0159edepsan\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159em <strong>nelze nic vytknout,<\/strong> ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 je mo\u017en\u00e9 <strong>organismus oslaben\u00fd \u00fanavou podpo\u0159it<\/strong> pomoc\u00ed vhodn\u011b zvolen\u00e9 <strong>bylinn\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby<\/strong>.
