Bez n\u011bj by nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9, aby <strong>ostatn\u00ed org\u00e1ny a syst\u00e9my<\/strong> fungovaly;<strong> krev<\/strong> by<strong> k<\/strong> nim jednodu\u0161e nemohla<strong> proudit<\/strong> a bu\u0148ky by byly zbaveny <strong> \u017eivotod\u00e1rn\u00e9ho kysl\u00edku<\/strong>. Nem\u00e9n\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i dal\u0161\u00ed slo\u017eky, kter\u00e9 spolu se srde\u010dn\u00edm svalem tvo\u0159\u00ed ob\u011bhov\u00fd <strong>syst\u00e9m<\/strong>, \u017e\u00edly a tepny, kter\u00e9 obep\u00ednaj\u00ed cel\u00e9 na\u0161e t\u011blo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Srdce je zde v\u0161ak<strong> nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed<\/strong>, a proto stoj\u00ed za to sezn\u00e1mit se s jeho stavbou a fungov\u00e1n\u00edm. Srdce nen\u00ed nic jin\u00e9ho ne\u017e sval, kter\u00fd se od ostatn\u00edch li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee se stahuje <strong>nez\u00e1visle na na\u0161\u00ed v\u016fli<\/strong>. Je um\u00edst\u011bno v mediastinu, mezi laloky plic, ale v\u011bt\u0161inou se nach\u00e1z\u00ed na <strong>lev\u00e9 stran\u011b hrudn\u00edku<\/strong> a jeho hmotnost se pohybuje v pr\u016fm\u011bru od 300 do 400 g u dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka. Stavba srdce je <strong>velmi slo\u017eit\u00e1<\/strong>, ale lze v n\u00ed rozli\u0161it n\u011bkolik kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>dv\u011b komory rozd\u011blen\u00e9 mezis\u00ed\u0148ovou p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017ekou, levou a pravou;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lev\u00e1 a prav\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0148, kter\u00e9 jsou rovn\u011b\u017e odd\u011bleny mezis\u00ed\u0148ovou p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017ekou.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Srde\u010dn\u00ed sval je chr\u00e1n\u011bn pevnou bl\u00e1nou, tzv. <strong>osrde\u010dn\u00edkem<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 zabra\u0148uje jeho <em>&#8222;t\u0159en\u00ed&#8220; o<\/em> ostatn\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed org\u00e1ny. To by mohlo v\u00e9st k <strong>v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9mu po\u0161kozen\u00ed<\/strong>, p\u0159esto mus\u00ed srdce nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b b\u00edt a pumpovat krev po cel\u00fd \u017eivot a b\u011bhem t\u00e9to doby vykon\u00e1 <strong>2,5 a\u017e 3,5 miliardy stah\u016f<\/strong>.
