Pravda je v\u0161ak jin\u00e1, <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 hladina cholesterolu<\/strong> v krvi je pro <strong>na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed<\/strong> dokonce <strong>nezbytn\u00e1<\/strong>, a to, co \u0161kod\u00ed, je cholesterol LDL, tzv. \u0161patn\u00e1 frakce, a je nezbytn\u011b nutn\u00e9 jeho mno\u017estv\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1 hladina <strong>n\u00e1s<\/strong> v\u0161ak t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 okam\u017eit\u011b <strong>za\u010dne negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat<\/strong>, vede ke vzniku mnoha nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a n\u011bkdy m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt <strong>i \u017eivotu nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1<\/strong>. Je proto nutn\u00e9 pravideln\u011b kontrolovat hladinu <strong>cholesterolu a triglycerid\u016f<\/strong> v s\u00e9ru a na p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 znepokojiv\u00e9 zm\u011bny okam\u017eit\u011b reagovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je to cholesterol a jak\u00fd v\u00fdznam m\u00e1 pro t\u011blo spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 hladina HDL cholesterolu v krvi?<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><figure id=\"attachment_9875\" class=\"alignnone width-full\" style=\"width: 401px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-caption=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/consumers-views.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Depositphotos_53460407_S.jpg\" alt=\" Chemick\u00fd vzorec cholesterolu\" class=\"wp-image-9875\" style=\"width:401px;height:265px\" width=\"401\" height=\"265\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Ne\u017e se budeme v\u011bnovat <strong>\u00fa\u010dink\u016fm p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 hladiny<\/strong> <em>&#8222;\u0161patn\u00e9ho cholesterolu<\/em> &#8220; a <strong>pozitivn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm<\/strong> <em>&#8222;dobr\u00e9ho cholesterolu&#8220;<\/em>., m\u011bli bychom nejprve zjistit, jak\u00e9 <strong>d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 funkce m\u00e1 v lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble<\/strong> a jak m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit zdrav\u00ed. Cholesterol je chemick\u00e1 slou\u010denina pat\u0159\u00edc\u00ed do <strong>skupiny<\/strong> <strong>sterol\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 <strong>se p\u0159irozen\u011b syntetizuje v j\u00e1trech<\/strong> a jej\u00ed\u017e p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd nedostatek se dopl\u0148uje<strong> dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm vhodn\u00e9 stravy <\/strong>nebo u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm <strong>dopl\u0148k\u016f<\/strong><strong> stravy <\/strong>s <strong>jeho obsahem<\/strong>. Cholesterol se d\u011bl\u00ed na<strong> dv\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00ed skupiny, tzv. frakce<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se li\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b zp\u016fsobem, jak\u00fdm p\u016fsob\u00ed na organismus, a t\u011bmi jsou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>frakce<strong>HDL<\/strong>, naz\u00fdvan\u00e1 <em>&#8222;dobr\u00fd cholesterol<\/em> &#8220; , je tak\u00e9 zn\u00e1m\u00e1 jako lipoprotein o vysok\u00e9 hustot\u011b;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frakce<strong>LDL<\/strong>, zn\u00e1m\u00e1 sp\u00ed\u0161e jako <em>&#8222;\u0161patn\u00fd cholesterol<\/em> &#8220; , neboli lipoproteiny o n\u00edzk\u00e9 hustot\u011b.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky frakce LDL<\/strong> si nast\u00edn\u00edme pozd\u011bji v textu, ale nejprve je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, <strong>jak\u00e9 funkce m\u00e1 cholesterol HDL<\/strong>, a mezi nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z nich lze za\u0159adit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>regulace mnoha d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch vnit\u0159n\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f a org\u00e1n\u016f;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>p\u016fsoben\u00ed proti vzniku nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rizika ischemick\u00e9 choroby srde\u010dn\u00ed, ateroskler\u00f3zy nebo infarktu myokardu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pozitivn\u00ed vliv na cel\u00fd kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dinnosti mozku a nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00fa\u010dast na produkci mastn\u00fdch kyselin;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transport molekul cholesterolu LDL do jater, kde se odbour\u00e1vaj\u00ed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00fa\u010dast na synt\u00e9ze nezbytn\u00e9ho vitaminu D3, progesteronu, samotn\u00e9ho cholesterolu, kortizolu a estrogenu, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch steroidn\u00edch hormon\u016f;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pom\u00e1h\u00e1 p\u0159i tr\u00e1ven\u00ed tuk\u016f;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zvy\u0161uje biologickou dostupnost vitamin\u016f rozpustn\u00fdch v tuc\u00edch, vitaminu A, D a E.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159ijateln\u00e9 normy, jejich\u017e p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed je indikac\u00ed k vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed s\u00e9rov\u00e9ho cholesterolu a triglycerid\u016f.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1 hladina<\/strong> cholesterolu je natolik <strong>v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm rizikem<\/strong>, \u017ee p\u0159i v\u00fdskytu jak\u00fdchkoli p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f je <strong>nutn\u00e9 vyhledat l\u00e9ka\u0159e<\/strong>, kter\u00fd na\u0159\u00edd\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, a to jak hladiny cholesterolu frakce LDL, tak hladiny HDL. Test se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 <strong>lipidogram<\/strong> a krom\u011b dvou uveden\u00fdch frakc\u00ed zahrnuje tak\u00e9 tzv. <strong>celkov\u00fd cholesterol a hladinu triglycerid\u016f v s\u00e9ru<\/strong>, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jednotliv\u00e9 normy stanoven\u00e9 odborn\u00edky jsou n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Celkov\u00fd cholesterol<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je hladina celkov\u00e9ho cholesterolu stejn\u00e1 pro mu\u017ee i \u017eeny a nem\u011bla by p\u0159ekro\u010dit <strong><190 mg\/dl.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cholesterol LDL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani zde se nerozli\u0161uje podle pohlav\u00ed a hladina cholesterolu LDL by m\u011bla b\u00fdt <strong><115 mg\/dl.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cholesterol HDL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pouze tato prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 frakce m\u00e1 rozd\u00edln\u00e9 normy pro mu\u017ee a \u017eeny, kter\u00e9 jsou n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pro \u017eeny <strong>>45 mg\/dl<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pro mu\u017ee <strong>>40 mg\/dl.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Triglyceridy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Triglyceridy, zkr\u00e1cen\u011b TG nebo n\u00e1zev triglyceridy, jsou d\u016fle\u017eitou slo\u017ekou tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b a jsou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm zdrojem energie pro organismus a doporu\u010den\u00e1 hladina triglycerid\u016f by m\u011bla b\u00fdt <strong>150-199 mg\/dl<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co zp\u016fsobuje zv\u00fd\u0161enou hladinu cholesterolu v krvi?<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><figure id=\"attachment_9880\" class=\"alignnone width-full\" style=\"width: 450px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-caption=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/consumers-views.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Depositphotos_63582507_S.jpg\" alt=\" Vysok\u00e1 hladina cholesterolu\" class=\"wp-image-9880\" style=\"width:450px;height:265px\" width=\"450\" height=\"265\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd je automaticky <strong>ohro\u017een nadm\u011brnou hladinou cholesterolu v krvi<\/strong>; nej\u010dast\u011bji se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 lid\u00ed z tzv. vysoce rizikov\u00e9 skupiny, nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed trp\u00ed <strong>hypercholesterolemi\u00ed<\/strong>, co\u017e je onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se vyskytuje ve dvou variant\u00e1ch, <strong>prim\u00e1rn\u00ed a sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed<\/strong>. P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou vzniku prvn\u00ed z nich je nej\u010dast\u011bji genetick\u00e1 dispozice, d\u011bdi\u010dnost sklonu k mutaci genu receptoru LDL, a druh\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobena ur\u010dit\u00fdmi skupinami l\u00e9k\u016f nebo je tak\u00e9 <strong>p\u0159\u00edznakem soub\u011b\u017en\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed,<\/strong> jako je hypotyre\u00f3za. Druh\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobena ur\u010dit\u00fdmi skupinami l\u00e9k\u016f, je tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznakem soub\u011b\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako je hypotyre\u00f3za, a je d\u016fsledkem <strong>nezdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hypercholesterol\u00e9mie samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nen\u00ed jedin\u00fdm d\u016fvodem, pro\u010d <strong>si za\u010dneme st\u011b\u017eovat na \u00fa\u010dinky zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny cholesterolu<\/strong>. Velmi \u010dasto <strong>si za to m\u016f\u017eeme sami,<\/strong> \u017eijeme nap\u0159\u00edklad v neust\u00e1l\u00e9m stresu a znepokojiv\u00e9 zm\u011bny jsou tak\u00e9 d\u016fsledkem zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, jako je nap\u0159:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nedostatek fyzick\u00e9 aktivity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedav\u00fd zp\u016fsob \u017eivota a nedostatek fyzick\u00e9 aktivity maj\u00ed za n\u00e1sledek nejen nadv\u00e1hu a obezitu, ale tak\u00e9 negativn\u00ed vliv na lipidov\u00fd profil. Pokud se neh\u00fdbeme, m\u016f\u017ee nebezpe\u010dn\u011b stoupnout jak LDL cholesterol, tak triglyceridy. Vyplat\u00ed se tedy vyrazit z domu a i ka\u017edodenn\u00ed proch\u00e1zka tento nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd stav zm\u011bn\u00ed, umo\u017en\u00ed n\u00e1m udr\u017eet si zdravou hmotnost, vyhnout se riziku srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a aktivovat synt\u00e9zu enzym\u016f zodpov\u011bdn\u00fdch za sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho cholesterolu. Pravideln\u00e1 aktivita je nejlep\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm a studie prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit hladinu cholesterolu LDL o 15 % a sou\u010dasn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it hladinu HDL o t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 20 %, a to ji\u017e po n\u011bkolika m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch cvi\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nevhodn\u00e1 strava<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemal\u00fd v\u00fdznam pro dosa\u017een\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 hladiny cholesterolu m\u00e1 i spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 strava, kter\u00e1 je \u010dasto na hony vzd\u00e1len\u00e1 doporu\u010den\u00edm dietolog\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch odborn\u00edk\u016f. Ve strav\u011b p\u0159eva\u017euje v\u0161e nezdrav\u00e9 a za dlouhodob\u00e9 udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny LDL jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 vysoce zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny; stejn\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00e9 je kou\u0159en\u00ed a pit\u00ed alkoholu a potraviny, jako nap\u0159:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>tu\u010dn\u00e9 maso a v\u00fdrobky z n\u011bj, uzeniny, slanina, \u0161pek, klob\u00e1sy nebo pa\u0161tiky;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vnit\u0159nosti;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tu\u010dn\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko a s\u00fdry z n\u011bj vyroben\u00e9, v\u010detn\u011b taven\u00fdch s\u00fdr\u016f a tvarohu s vysok\u00fdm obsahem tuku;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tu\u010dn\u00e9 ryby;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sma\u017een\u00e9 potraviny;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>trans-tuky \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rychl\u00e9 ob\u010derstven\u00ed, hamburgery, pizza nebo hot dogy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sladkosti obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed b\u00edl\u00e9ho cukru;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stejn\u011b slazen\u00e9 perliv\u00e9 n\u00e1poje;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nezdrav\u00e9 ob\u010derstven\u00ed, su\u0161enky, chipsy nebo j\u00eddla z prstu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e9 jsou p\u0159\u00edznaky vysok\u00e9 hladiny cholesterolu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hodn\u011b pohybu na \u010derstv\u00e9m vzduchu a vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 zdrav\u00e1 strava mohou <strong>rychle a \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit<\/strong> hladinu cholesterolu.
