N\u00e1zev b\u00edl\u00fd cukr je proto <strong>trochu zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed<\/strong>, jen <strong>n\u00e1s<\/strong> jeho v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed nut\u00ed <strong>myslet si, \u017ee<\/strong> m\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b tuto barvu. Cukr se p\u0159irozen\u011b vyskytuje <strong>v mnoha produktech<\/strong>, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v ovoci a zelenin\u011b, a <strong>dva nej\u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 zdroje<\/strong> jsou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cukrov\u00e1 \u0159epa, z n\u00ed\u017e se n\u011bkolikastup\u0148ov\u00fdm procesem rafinace z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u00e1v\u011b nej\u0161kodliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed b\u00edl\u00fd cukr;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cukrov\u00e1 t\u0159tina, z n\u00ed\u017e se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed t\u0159tinov\u00fd cukr, k n\u011bmu\u017e se p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 melasa, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 obl\u00edben\u00fd hn\u011bd\u00fd cukr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Na trhu jsou k dispozici i <strong>dal\u0161\u00ed druhy<\/strong> cukru, kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed sm\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm s <strong>r\u016fzn\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edsadami<\/strong> ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edmi chu\u0165. Existuje tak\u00e9 <strong>rozd\u011blen\u00ed cukr\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed ve v\u00fdrobc\u00edch, je\u017e denn\u011b konzumujeme, a d\u011bl\u00edme je na:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jednoduch\u00e9 cukry, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm tzv. monosacharidy, tedy ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bnou gluk\u00f3zu a frukt\u00f3zu, a disacharidy, tedy lakt\u00f3zu a sachar\u00f3zu;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>slo\u017een\u00e9 cukry, mezi n\u011b\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u0161krob, kter\u00fd se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v obrovsk\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed potravin;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voln\u00e9 cukry, tj. frukt\u00f3zo-gluk\u00f3zov\u00fd cukr, kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd sirup nebo sachar\u00f3za, kter\u00e9 se do v\u00fdrobku z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b p\u0159id\u00e1vaj\u00ed pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed jeho chuti, ale velmi \u010dasto v mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zvy\u0161uje hladinu cukru v t\u011ble.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e9 jsou p\u0159ijateln\u00e9 normy pro hladinu cukru v krvi nala\u010dno?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I <strong>m\u00edrn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1<\/strong> hladina cukru v krvi m\u016f\u017ee <strong>v\u00e1\u017en\u011b ohroz<\/strong> it na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed a st\u00e1t se mimo jin\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou <strong>hyperglyk\u00e9mie<\/strong>.
