Byl objeven ji\u017e ve 13. stolet\u00ed, p\u0159esn\u011bji v roce 1797, ale d\u016fkladn\u011bji jej pochopil a\u017e ve druh\u00e9 polovin\u011b 20. stolet\u00ed francouzsk\u00fd profesor chemie Louis Nicolas Vauqellin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chrom je st\u0159\u00edbro\u0161ed\u00fd kov, kter\u00fd reaguje s kysl\u00edkem a kyselinami a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se v mnoha pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch a v <strong>l\u00e9ka\u0159stv\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edho l\u00e9\u010ditelstv\u00ed<\/strong>. Vzhledem k jeho p\u0159\u00edtomnosti v t\u011ble v <strong>mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed<\/strong> byl klasifikov\u00e1n jako stopov\u00fd prvek a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd vznikl\u00fd nedostatek je t\u0159eba dopl\u0148ovat <strong>z vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zdroj\u016f<\/strong>. Vyskytuje se ve dvou form\u00e1ch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>trojmocn\u00fd chrom<\/strong>, kter\u00e9mu se tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 chrom III a \u010d\u00edslo ozna\u010duje stupe\u0148 jeho oxidace, nebo trojmocn\u00fd chrom, a ten se vyzna\u010duje pozitivn\u00edmi nebo neutr\u00e1ln\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky na zdrav\u00ed a je slo\u017ekou mnoha dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy. V t\u011ble se nehromad\u00ed a je odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n mo\u010d\u00ed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u0161estimocn\u00fd<\/strong> chrom neboli chrom IV, kter\u00fd je naopak toxick\u00fd, m\u00e1 negativn\u00ed vliv na lidsk\u00fd organismus, je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za vznik mnoha nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b rakoviny a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se hlavn\u011b v pr\u016fmyslu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e1 je denn\u00ed pot\u0159eba chromu a na \u010dem z\u00e1vis\u00ed jeho biologick\u00e1 dostupnost?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee chrom, a to i typu III, kter\u00fd se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v mnoha potravin\u00e1ch, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v nadbytku \u0161kodliv\u00fd, je u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, jak\u00e9 jsou <strong>maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00e9 a bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 d\u00e1vky <\/strong>podle v\u011bku:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u011bti od 1 do 3 let: 0,03 a\u017e 0,08 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u011bti od 4 do 6 let: 0,03 a\u017e 0,12 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d\u011bti a dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed star\u0161\u00ed 7 let: 0,05 a\u017e 0,2 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dosp\u011bl\u00ed: 0,05 a\u017e 0,2 mg;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>osoby s poruchou vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed gluk\u00f3zy: 0,4 a\u017e 0,6 mg.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Biologick\u00e1 dostupnost chromu z\u00e1vis\u00ed na<strong> \u0159ad\u011b faktor\u016f<\/strong>, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na tom, jak\u00e9<strong> dal\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky<\/strong>, vitaminy nebo miner\u00e1ly, sou\u010dasn\u011b dod\u00e1v\u00e1me nav\u00edc.
