Tento prvek se bohu\u017eel v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b vyskytuje ve velmi <strong>mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed<\/strong>, proto se mu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>stopov\u00fd prvek<\/strong>, ale jeho vlastnosti a \u00fa\u010dinky na n\u00e1\u0161 organismus bychom nem\u011bli podce\u0148ovat. Dopl\u0148ky stravy se selenem by se m\u011bly st\u00e1t <strong>nezbytnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed<\/strong> ka\u017ed\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku podporuj\u00edc\u00edho zdrav\u00ed, nach\u00e1z\u00ed se v mnoha dopl\u0148c\u00edch stravy i v potravin\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 denn\u011b konzumujeme, a selen pom\u00e1h\u00e1 udr\u017eovat <strong>dobrou psychickou a fyzickou kondici<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdy byl objeven, o jak\u00fd prvek se jedn\u00e1 a jak\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 vlastnosti selen m\u00e1?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selen <\/strong>je jedn\u00edm z prvk\u016f, kter\u00fd <strong>byl dlouho pova\u017eov\u00e1n za toxick\u00fd<\/strong>, selen byl poprv\u00e9 objeven v roce 1817 \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00fdm chemikem J. J. Berzeliusem. Sou\u010dasn\u011b bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee organick\u00fd selen m\u00e1 toxick\u00e9 vlastnosti, a\u010dkoli <strong>tato teze byla<\/strong> pozd\u011bji <strong>vyvr\u00e1cena<\/strong> a v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b je ho tak m\u00e1lo, \u017ee jehoTato teze byla pozd\u011bji vyvr\u00e1cena a selenu je v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b tak m\u00e1lo, \u017ee jeho v\u00fdzkum prakticky ustal a\u017e do 50. let 20. stolet\u00ed, kdy se za\u010dal projevovat z\u00e1jem o jeho <strong>vlastnosti pro lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed<\/strong>. Studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee selen je mikro\u017eivina, kter\u00e1 je pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed organismu <strong>nezbytn\u00e1,<\/strong> i kdy\u017e ve skute\u010dn\u011b mikroskopick\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z chemick\u00e9ho hlediska je selen chemick\u00fd prvek pat\u0159\u00edc\u00ed do<strong> skupiny nekov\u016f<\/strong>, v Mend\u011blejevov\u011b tabulce prvk\u016f ozna\u010den\u00fd symbolem <strong><em>Se<\/em><\/strong>a jeho n\u00e1zev je odvozen z \u0159eck\u00e9ho slova <em>&#8222;Selene<\/em>&#8222;, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 m\u011bs\u00edc. Selen vykazuje podobn\u00e9 chemick\u00e9 vlastnosti jako s\u00edra, v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b se vyskytuje mimo jin\u00e9 v p\u016fd\u011b a krom\u011b vyu\u017eit\u00ed v <strong>l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpravc\u00edch<\/strong> se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 tak\u00e9 v <strong>chemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bohat\u00e9 zdroje selenu, ve kter\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017eeme selen naj\u00edt?<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><figure id=\"attachment_9523\" class=\"alignnone width-full\" style=\"width: 404px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-caption=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/consumers-views.com\/cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Depositphotos_188682000_S.jpg\" alt=\" V\u00fdrobky obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed selen\" class=\"wp-image-9523\" width=\"404\" height=\"270\" title=\"\"><\/figure><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Zdaleka <strong>nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zdrojem <\/strong>tohoto prvku, kter\u00fd pln\u011b spl\u0148uje denn\u00ed pot\u0159ebu selenu, jsou <strong>dopl\u0148ky stravy<\/strong>, obvykle tablety, kter\u00e9 ho maj\u00ed ve sv\u00e9m slo\u017een\u00ed. Selen <strong>se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b p\u0159irozen\u011b vyskytuje i v potravin\u00e1ch<\/strong>, a to v \u0159ad\u011b potravin, kter\u00e9 by rozhodn\u011b nem\u011bly chyb\u011bt v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m <strong>j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku podporuj\u00edc\u00edm zdrav\u00ed<\/strong>.
