Jak&eacute; jsou <strong>z&aacute;sady diety paleo, odkud poch&aacute;z&iacute; a je bezpe&#269;n&aacute; pro ka&#382;d&eacute;ho?<\/strong><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dieta paleo &#8211; vlastnosti<\/h2><p><b>Dieta paleo je pova&#382;ov&aacute;na za dietu, kter&aacute; pom&aacute;h&aacute; p&#345;edch&aacute;zet nemocem, jimi&#382; lid&eacute; v minulosti netrp&#283;li.<\/b> Jej&iacute;m z&aacute;kladem je j&iacute;st co nejm&eacute;n&#283; zpracovan&yacute;ch potravin.
