Jeho v&yacute;sledky dokazuj&iacute;, &#382;e obl&iacute;ben&yacute; &#345;&iacute;msk&yacute; km&iacute;n je &uacute;&#382;asn&yacute;m prost&#345;edkem na hubnut&iacute;. Do studie byla pozv&aacute;na reprezentativn&iacute; skupina lid&iacute;, kte&#345;&iacute; se pot&yacute;kaj&iacute; s nadv&aacute;hou a obezitou. B&#283;hem t&#345;&iacute;m&#283;s&iacute;&#269;n&iacute;ho pokusu museli &uacute;&#269;astn&iacute;ci konzumovat omezen&yacute; po&#269;et kalori&iacute; denn&#283;, tak&#382;e denn&iacute; p&#345;&iacute;sun byl sn&iacute;&#382;en a&#382; o 500 kcal. Na &uacute;&#269;astn&iacute;ky v&scaron;ak po celou dobu dohl&iacute;&#382;eli odborn&iacute;ci na v&yacute;&#382;ivu. V&yacute;zkumn&iacute;ci tohoto experimentu vytvo&#345;ili dv&#283; skupiny. Jedna skupina konzumovala denn&#283; jednu &#269;ajovou l&#382;i&#269;ku pr&aacute;&scaron;kov&eacute;ho km&iacute;nu jako p&#345;&iacute;sadu do j&iacute;dla. Druhou skupinou byla kontroln&iacute; skupina.<\/p><p>T&#345;&iacute;m&#283;s&iacute;&#269;n&iacute; studie &iacute;r&aacute;nsk&yacute;ch v&#283;dc&#367; uk&aacute;zala, &#382;e lid&eacute;, kte&#345;&iacute; denn&#283; konzumovali <strong>km&iacute;n<\/strong>, zhubli o v&iacute;ce ne&#382; kilogram v&iacute;ce ne&#382; ti, kte&#345;&iacute; <strong>km&iacute;n<\/strong> do j&iacute;dla nep&#345;id&aacute;vali. Z tohoto d&#367;vodu u nich tak&eacute; do&scaron;lo k v&yacute;razn&#283; v&#283;t&scaron;&iacute;mu &uacute;bytku t&#283;lesn&eacute; hmotnosti a t&#283;lesn&eacute;ho tuku (14,6 %), zat&iacute;mco u ostatn&iacute;ch byl &uacute;bytek sotva 4,9 %.<\/p><p><strong>&#344;&iacute;msk&yacute; km&iacute;n<\/strong> p&#367;sob&iacute; tak&eacute; na triglyceridy a &scaron;patnou hladinu cholesterolu. U t&#283;ch, kte&#345;&iacute; konzumovali ko&#345;en&iacute;, do&scaron;lo k poklesu hladiny triglycerid&#367; o 23 bod&#367;, ale u ostatn&iacute;ch pouze o 5 bod&#367;.
