SIBO je tak\u00e9 velmi \u010dasto zam\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n s IBS, tzv. syndromem dr\u00e1\u017ediv\u00e9ho tra\u010dn\u00edku. Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 p\u0159emno\u017een\u00ed bakteri\u00ed se velmi \u010dasto zvy\u0161uje po konzumaci nakl\u00e1dan\u00e9 zeleniny, syrov\u00e9 zeleniny a ovoce, probiotik a tak\u00e9 prebiotik, tj. \u017eivin pro bakterie. Test m\u016f\u017ee trvat a\u017e 3 hodiny. Ujist\u011bte se, \u017ee obsahuje m\u00e1lo vl\u00e1kniny. M\u011bla by b\u00fdt zavedena pod p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdm dohledem dietologa, proto\u017ee jej\u00ed pravidla jsou slo\u017eit\u00e1 a p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1. Je tak\u00e9 vhodn\u00e9 vylou\u010dit probiotika z rodu Lactobacillus, proto\u017ee vedou k zes\u00edlen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.
