Tyto l\u00e1tky maj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 funkce, poskytuj\u00ed energii, reguluj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 t\u011blesn\u00e9 procesy a pod\u00edlej\u00ed se na tvorb\u011b tk\u00e1n\u00ed, z nich\u017e se na\u0161e t\u011blo skl\u00e1d\u00e1. Pot\u0159ebujeme jich t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 60 a mezi nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed mezi tzv. <strong>exogenn\u00ed l\u00e1tky<\/strong>, je\u017e je t\u0159eba dod\u00e1vat zven\u010d\u00ed, pat\u0159\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 aminokyseliny, nenasycen\u00e9 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, mikro- a makroprvky a <strong>vitaminy<\/strong>. Jedn\u00edm z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch, bez n\u011bho\u017e se prakticky neobejdeme, je <strong>vitamin B<\/strong>, kter\u00fd existuje v mnoha, ale <strong>v\u017edy nezbytn\u00fdch<\/strong> variant\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitam\u00edny &#8211; definice a z\u00e1kladn\u00ed klasifikace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne\u017e se v\u0161ak pust\u00edme do podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho popisu vitamin\u016f skupiny B, m\u011bli bychom v\u011bd\u011bt, co to vlastn\u011b vitaminy jsou a jak\u00fd <strong>maj\u00ed <\/strong> <strong>v\u00fdznam<\/strong> pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed. B\u011b\u017en\u00e1 definice \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee vitaminy jsou mal\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny r\u016fzn\u00e9 struktury, kter\u00e9 se vyskytuj\u00ed v <strong>p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b <\/strong>nebo se z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed <strong>synteticky<\/strong>. M\u016f\u017eeme s jistotou \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee jsou nezbytn\u00e9, proto\u017ee jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za pr\u016fb\u011bh mnoha metabolick\u00fdch proces\u016f a reguluj\u00ed \u010dinnost cel\u00e9ho lidsk\u00e9ho organismu, kter\u00fd si je bohu\u017eel nedok\u00e1\u017ee vyrobit s\u00e1m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdzkum vitam\u00edn\u016f a jejich v\u00fdznamu pro zdrav\u00ed zah\u00e1jil v roce 1913 <strong>polsk\u00fd biochemik Kazimierz Funk<\/strong>, kter\u00fd tak\u00e9 vytvo\u0159il jejich n\u00e1zev, kter\u00fd je kombinac\u00ed dvou latinsk\u00fdch slov: <em>vitae<\/em>, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 \u017eivot, a <em>amina<\/em>, co\u017e je slovo odvozen\u00e9 od aminoskupiny. Vitam\u00edny d\u011bl\u00edme p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm podle <strong>jejich<\/strong> <strong>rozpustnosti<\/strong>, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vznikly dv\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00ed skupiny:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>rozpustn\u00e9 ve vod\u011b, mezi n\u011b\u017e pat\u0159\u00ed vitaminy skupiny B a vitamin C neboli kyselina askorbov\u00e1, siln\u00fd antioxidant, kter\u00fd odbour\u00e1v\u00e1 voln\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly a pod\u00edl\u00ed se tak\u00e9 na synt\u00e9ze kolagenu;<\/li><li>vitam\u00edny rozpustn\u00e9 v tuc\u00edch a do t\u00e9to skupiny pat\u0159\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 vitamin A, kter\u00fd je zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd za proces vid\u011bn\u00ed, vitamin D, kter\u00fd se star\u00e1 o r\u016fst a mineralizaci zub\u016f a kost\u00ed, vitamin E, kter\u00fd zabra\u0148uje onemocn\u011bn\u00edm srdce a ob\u011bhov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu, reguluje svalov\u00fd metabolismus, vitamin K, kter\u00fd podmi\u0148uje spr\u00e1vnou sr\u00e1\u017elivost krve.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitam\u00edny &#8211; \u00fa\u010dinky jejich nedostatku<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo si vitaminy nevyr\u00e1b\u00ed samo, je naprosto nezbytn\u00e9 pamatovat na jejich vhodn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed v denn\u00ed strav\u011b. Pokud se o to nepostar\u00e1me, hroz\u00ed n\u00e1m <strong>avitamin\u00f3za<\/strong>, z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 <strong>nedostatkem <\/strong>nebo <strong>\u00fapln\u00fdm nedostatkem<\/strong> vitamin\u016f. P\u0159\u00edznaky avitamin\u00f3zy z\u00e1vis\u00ed na tom, kter\u00e9ho vitaminu m\u00e1me nedostatek, a <strong>negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky<\/strong> zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 nedostatkem kter\u00e9koli skupiny vitamin\u016f se d\u011bl\u00ed takto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nedostatek vitaminu A znamen\u00e1 probl\u00e9my se zrakem, zhor\u0161en\u00ed stavu poko\u017eky v\u010detn\u011b vzniku akn\u00e9 , such\u00e9, l\u00e1mav\u00e9 a vypad\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed vlasy;<\/li><li>nedostatek vitamin\u016f skupiny B vede k probl\u00e9m\u016fm s tr\u00e1vic\u00edm syst\u00e9mem, nechutenstv\u00ed, zrychlen\u00e9mu ple\u0161at\u011bn\u00ed, suchosti k\u016f\u017ee, nervozit\u011b a podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnosti, pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm se sp\u00e1nkem vedouc\u00edm a\u017e k nespavosti, t\u0159esu rukou, osteopor\u00f3ze, probl\u00e9m\u016fm se soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm a pam\u011bt\u00ed, pocitu chronick\u00e9 \u00fanavy, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm.<\/li><li>Nedostatek vitaminu C znamen\u00e1 suchost a ochablost k\u016f\u017ee v d\u016fsledku oslaben\u00ed kolagenov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken, otoky doln\u00edch kon\u010detin, sn\u00ed\u017eenou fyzickou v\u00fdkonnost, oslabenou imunitu;<\/li><li>Nedostatek vitaminu D, kter\u00fd se projevuje svalovou a kostern\u00ed slabost\u00ed, poklesem n\u00e1lady, z\u00e1n\u011btem spojivek, dermatitidou, ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed imunitou, k\u0159ivic\u00ed u d\u011bt\u00ed;<\/li><li>Nedostatek vitaminu E vede k oslaben\u00ed imunity, urychluje p\u0159irozen\u00fd proces st\u00e1rnut\u00ed organismu, sni\u017euje mu\u017esk\u00e9 libido, zhor\u0161uje pohybovou koordinaci, zp\u016fsobuje podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost a znateln\u00fd pokles koncentrace;<\/li><li>Nedostatek vitaminu K m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit poruchy sr\u00e1\u017elivosti krve, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko rakoviny, hor\u0161\u00ed hojen\u00ed ran, ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed mineralizaci kost\u00ed, odv\u00e1pn\u011bn\u00ed c\u00e9v, po\u0161kozen\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f, zejm\u00e9na jater.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vitam\u00edny skupiny B &#8211; druhy a p\u0159\u00ednosy pro zdrav\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ji\u017e v\u00edme, jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je p\u0159ij\u00edmat <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u00e9<\/strong> denn\u00ed <strong>d\u00e1vky<\/strong> vitamin\u016f, a\u0165 u\u017e s potravou, nebo ve form\u011b dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy, kter\u00e9 je obsahuj\u00ed a komplexn\u011b se staraj\u00ed o <strong>r\u016fzn\u00e9 aspekty<\/strong> na\u0161eho zdrav\u00ed. \u00da\u010dinky nedostatku, jak je vid\u011bt na v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edkladech, bychom rozhodn\u011b nem\u011bli podce\u0148ovat, pokud se nechceme vystavit je\u0161t\u011b <strong>z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm komplikac\u00edm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dbejme tedy na p\u0159im\u011b\u0159enou hladinu <strong>vitamin\u016f skupiny B,<\/strong> kter\u00e9 se stejn\u011b jako ostatn\u00ed v t\u011ble neukl\u00e1daj\u00ed, ale maj\u00ed na n\u011bj p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd vliv a zaru\u010duj\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 zachov\u00e1n\u00ed pln\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.
