M\u016f\u017eeme se o n\u011bm do\u010d\u00edst v mnoha \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch a najdeme ho v mnoha dopl\u0148c\u00edch stravy, zejm\u00e9na v t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed hubnut\u00ed. Nejlep\u0161\u00edm a doporu\u010dovan\u00fdm zdrojem jsou v\u0161ak jednodu\u0161e <strong>produkty bohat\u00e9 na vl\u00e1kninu<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 byste m\u011bli do <strong>sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku<\/strong> za\u0159adit v p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pod pojmem <strong>vl\u00e1knina<\/strong> rozum\u00edme <strong>potravinovou vl\u00e1kninu,<\/strong> strukturn\u00ed prvek <strong> bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch st\u011bn rostlin<\/strong>, jeho\u017e charakteristickou vlastnost\u00ed je <strong>odolnost v\u016f\u010di tr\u00e1vic\u00edm enzym\u016fm<\/strong> vylu\u010dovan\u00fdm lidsk\u00fdm <strong>tr\u00e1vic\u00edm<\/strong> syst\u00e9mem. Vl\u00e1knina je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm prvkem, kter\u00fd <strong>zabra\u0148uje zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed hladiny<\/strong> cukru a triglycerid\u016f v krvi, \u010dasto p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychl\u00e9mu. Pozorovali tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 <strong>zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny inzulinu<\/strong> bezprost\u0159edn\u011b po j\u00eddle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prevence kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1-li srdce po cel\u00fd \u017eivot <strong>hladce<\/strong> fungovat, je t\u0159eba mu k tomu vytvo\u0159it <strong>spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky<\/strong>. Jednou z t\u011bchto podm\u00ednek je dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed stravy, kter\u00e1 je nejen pln\u00e1 vitam\u00edn\u016f a miner\u00e1l\u016f, ale mus\u00ed obsahovat i produkty bohat\u00e9 na vl\u00e1kninu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V tomto ohledu byly provedeny tak\u00e9 studie, kter\u00e9 prok\u00e1zaly <strong>pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky<\/strong> vl\u00e1kniny na srde\u010dn\u00ed sval a dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bnou regulaci hladiny cholesterolu, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00e9 frakce LDL p\u0159i sou\u010dasn\u00e9m zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 frakce HDL;<\/li><li>sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rizika vzniku nadv\u00e1hy a obezity &#8211; rozd\u00edly, p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny a nemoci, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed nadv\u00e1hu a obezitu, a zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edNadv\u00e1ha a obezita &#8211; rozd\u00edly, p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny a nemoci, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuje nadv\u00e1ha a obezita, a zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se t\u011blesn\u00e1 hmotnost je jednou z nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din infarktu, mrtvice, ateroskler\u00f3zy, hypertenze a ischemick\u00e9 choroby srde\u010dn\u00ed;<\/li><li>sni\u017euj\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017elu\u010dov\u00fdch kyselin a tuk\u016f vst\u0159eb\u00e1van\u00fdch do t\u011bla.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ochrana p\u0159ed rakovinou<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd argument ve prosp\u011bch <strong>denn\u00edho p\u0159\u00edjmu<\/strong> vl\u00e1kniny. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed konzumuj\u00ed <strong>alespo\u0148 15 g <\/strong>vl\u00e1kniny denn\u011b, mohou sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko vzniku rakoviny a\u017e o <strong>40<\/strong>%, zejm\u00e9na rakoviny tr\u00e1vic\u00edho traktu, jako je rakovina tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva a \u017ealudku.
