Proto je dobr&eacute; v&#283;d&#283;t, co nespavost zp&#367;sobuje, jak&eacute; jsou jej&iacute; charakteristick&eacute; p&#345;&iacute;znaky, &uacute;&#269;inky a jak se obvykle l&eacute;&#269;&iacute;.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nespavost &#8211; co to vlastn&#283; je<\/h2><p>Kdy&#382; hled&aacute;me nap&#345;. na internetu jednoduchou a srozumitelnou definici pojmu nespavost, m&#367;&#382;eme se do&#269;&iacute;st, &#382;e se jedn&aacute; o nedostate&#269;n&eacute; mno&#382;stv&iacute; sp&aacute;nku b&#283;hem dne nebo jeho &scaron;patnou kvalitu. Bohu&#382;el &#382;ivotn&iacute; styl, kter&yacute; vedeme, zp&#367;sobuje, &#382;e nespavost&iacute; trp&iacute; i mlad&iacute; lid&eacute;, kte&#345;&iacute; jsou stresovan&iacute;, zanepr&aacute;zdn&#283;n&iacute; a nenau&#269;en&iacute; spr&aacute;vn&#283; odpo&#269;&iacute;vat. Byla dokonce klasifikov&aacute;na samostatn&#283; a krom&#283; typick&eacute; nespavosti se m&#367;&#382;eme setkat i s n&aacute;sleduj&iacute;c&iacute;mi projevy.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>n&aacute;hl&eacute; nekontrolovateln&eacute; z&aacute;chvaty ospalosti b&#283;hem dne, tzv. narkolepsie, kter&eacute; nelze zvl&aacute;dnout bez vhodn&eacute; l&eacute;&#269;by;<\/li><li>chr&aacute;p&aacute;n&iacute;, kter&eacute; m&#367;&#382;e b&yacute;t velmi nep&#345;&iacute;jemn&eacute; i pro ostatn&iacute; osoby v dom&#283;;<\/li><li>sp&aacute;nkov&aacute; apnoe;<\/li><li>neust&aacute;l&yacute; pocit ospalosti, kter&yacute; m&#367;&#382;e m&iacute;t r&#367;zn&eacute; p&#345;&iacute;&#269;iny a m&#367;&#382;e b&yacute;t zp&#367;soben nejen nedostatkem sp&aacute;nku, ale &#269;asto je p&#345;&iacute;znakem z&aacute;va&#382;n&eacute;ho onemocn&#283;n&iacute;, kter&eacute; by se nem&#283;lo podce&#328;ovat.<\/li><li>poruchy sp&aacute;nku spo&#269;&iacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute; v doprovodn&eacute; &uacute;zkosti, k&#345;e&#269;&iacute;ch a mimovoln&iacute;ch pohybech doln&iacute;ch kon&#269;etin, tj. syndrom neklidn&yacute;ch nohou nebo n&aacute;m&#283;s&iacute;&#269;nost.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nespavost &#8211; p&#345;&iacute;&#269;iny tohoto onemocn&#283;n&iacute;<\/h2><p>Stejn&#283; jako mnoho jin&yacute;ch nemoc&iacute; m&#367;&#382;e m&iacute;t i nespavost mnoho podob a p&#345;&iacute;&#269;in. Na&scaron;e n&aacute;chylnost k n&iacute; se &#269;asem m&#283;n&iacute; a trp&iacute; j&iacute; v&iacute;ce <strong>&#382;en ne&#382; mu&#382;&#367;<\/strong>. &#268;ast&#283;ji tak&eacute; postihuje osoby pat&#345;&iacute;c&iacute; do tzv. <strong>rizikov&yacute;ch skupin<\/strong>, mezi kter&eacute; pat&#345;&iacute; nap&#345;&iacute;klad lid&eacute;, kte&#345;&iacute; prod&#283;lali r&#367;zn&aacute; du&scaron;evn&iacute; onemocn&#283;n&iacute;, zejm&eacute;na deprese, nebo kte&#345;&iacute; jsou v menopauze, pokud jde o &#382;eny, nebo v andropauze, pokud jde o mu&#382;e. Obvykle to za&#269;&iacute;n&aacute; docela nevinn&#283;, mal&yacute;mi, ale postupn&#283; nar&#367;staj&iacute;c&iacute;mi probl&eacute;my s us&iacute;n&aacute;n&iacute;m nebo posunem &#269;asu, kdy chod&iacute;me sp&aacute;t. M&#367;&#382;e to b&yacute;t i naopak, chod&iacute;me sp&aacute;t a vst&aacute;v&aacute;me st&aacute;le d&#345;&iacute;ve. Jak jsme ji&#382; uvedli, d&#367;vody jsou r&#367;zn&eacute; a lze je rozd&#283;lit do dvou r&#367;zn&yacute;ch skupin. Prvn&iacute; jsou ty, kter&eacute; m&#367;&#382;eme skute&#269;n&#283; ovlivnit, proto&#382;e nespavost <strong>&#269;asto vznik&aacute; na&scaron;&iacute; vlastn&iacute; vin<\/strong>ou.
